Changes from Ver 1.0

Added more command line functions:

1. Read/write bytes from the LCD display
2. Read/write bytes from the external I2C eeprom
3. Read/write bytes from the internal eeprom
4. Rectangles can now have dashed lines
5. Draw straight Vertical/Horizontal solid or dashed lines

6. Fixed the Line subroutine a bit, still needs more fixes.
